Coding Client Success Specialist

Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders by providing guidance on queries, conducting coding reviews, and offering recommendations for appropriate coding based on current guidelines. Deliver written feedback related to coding compliance documentation and perform clinical record audits as assigned. Collaborate with internal teams to support quality plans and assist in providing tools and resources to internal coding teams and global partners. Work with clients to optimize the coding experience and drive satisfaction. This role requires willingness to work additional or irregular hours and adherence to security policies to safeguard information. Applicants must have at least two to four years of relevant experience and a GED or high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Home Health Coding Certifications
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Applicants for U.S.-based positions with WellSky must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
