Required Qualifications
- Post High School Diploma or GED Required
- 4-6 years medical coding with multi-specialty experience or specialty certification
- CCS - Certified Coding Specialist - AHIMA OR CPC - Certified Professional Coder - AAPC
- Must pass coding proficiency pre-hire test with 80% accuracy or higher
- Knowledge of encoder and data abstraction software
- Epic experience helpful
- 3M encoder experience helpful
