Job Summary
Code 95 Trainer at Veolia BeLux focusing on Code 95 training for drivers, primarily in Vlaanderen, with potential training in internal transport machinery (forklift, crane, bulldozer) and onboarding. The role involves developing training content, defining learning objectives and methodologies, and acting as a field representative on-site. Responsibilities include logistical coordination of trainings (materials, rooms, etc.) and administrative follow-up, in collaboration with the team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of training and technical experience, strong knowledge of Code 95, and be able to teach effectively to chauffeurs and site personnel. Fluency in a second language is preferred, strong computer skills, and a safety-driven didactic approach to engage and educate trainees across Veolia’s locations in Vlaanderen, Brussels, and Wallonia.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in training and technical subjects
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Code 95 and ability to teach it effectively
- Ideal: knowledge and experience with diverse rolling stock (forklift, crane, bulldozer, ... )
- People skills and soft skills to train new colleagues and mentors
- Ideal: bilingual or willingness to learn a second official language
- Comfortable with computers/digital tools
- Safety-first mindset and ability to communicate this message clearly
- Strong communicative and didactic abilities to engage the target audience
- Willing to work across Veolia locations in Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia as needed
