Job Summary
Create signature cocktails that tell stories, guiding the bar team on service standards and style while ensuring every interaction feels authentic. Manage cash handling, balancing, and closing duties with precision, and train new staff to embody the group's culture. Increase sales through confident recommendations and share the passion behind each drink's origin. Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols while staying calm under pressure. This role requires a minimum of two years in hospitality, classic and preferably author cocktails, and English proficiency, with a preference for candidates living near or available to work in Marbella. We offer full-time hours, two consecutive days off, and a competitive salary with shared tips.
Required Qualifications
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en hostelería o restauración organizada
- Conocimientos de coctelería clásica
- Conocimiento de Inglés
- Te desenvuelves bien en inglés
- Estás formado/a en hostelería o tienes conocimientos en APPCC

- Conocimientos en coctelería de autor
- Tienes la sensibilidad necesaria para trabajar en espacios donde la excelencia y el lujo se notan más que se dicen
- Sabes comunicarte con claridad, amabilidad y carisma
