Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis to support executive strategic planning and identify new creative opportunities for business performance enhancement. Evaluate external market and legislative movements, monitor key trends to assess competition, and coordinate project implementation across departments as directed. Draft clear business correspondence and drive innovation in daily activities while collaborating with the leadership team. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis experience, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. This role supports the corporate management team within B&H's high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Visio & PowerPoint)
- Data analysis experience
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of organization
- Ability to think strategically, multi-task, prioritize, respond promptly, and meet deadlines and performance goals
- Proven ability to rapidly draft clear and concise business correspondence
