Job Summary
Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Utilize strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant to make recommendations and suggestively sell items guests will genuinely enjoy. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and demonstrate passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings. Promote and participate in a strong team effort while communicating effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid California Food Handler Certification, and at least one year of experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Food Handler Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
- Must maintain EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
- Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT
- Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees
- Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times

- Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge
- Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
