Job Summary
Greet guests courteously, explain special promotions, and serve beverages while acting as a mobile cashier for all transactions. Continuously check on patrons to offer complimentary drinks to those actively gambling and maintain cleanliness of guest areas by removing empty glasses and bottles. Monitor supply levels, ensure proper service station setup before, during, and after shifts, and strictly adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests. Promote positive guest relations and perform related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Bar Card
- Comply with company and department policies and procedures
- Maintain strict confidence regarding company related matters
- Ability to maintain well groomed appearance at all times
- Knowledge of the Info Genesis system and drink prices
