Job Summary

Confidently upsell top-shelf selections and signature cocktails, anticipating guest needs to provide intuitive, personalized service. Maintain a clean, organized Social Room environment and manage tabs, payments, and POS transactions with accuracy. Collaborate with bartenders to ensure smooth, high-level service while upholding all brand standards and responsible alcohol service requirements. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including continuous standing and lifting up to 30 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Previous cocktail serving or hospitality experience in upscale, lounge, or nightlife settings
