Job Summary
As a Cocktail Server, you will greet guests, take beverage and food orders, serve drinks, and provide outstanding service to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring guest behavior regarding alcohol consumption, accurately handling sales and payments, and promoting teamwork through communication with co-workers. Candidates should have at least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
- Basic math skills frequently used when handling cash and credit.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
- Fluent in English; other languages preferred.

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
