Job Summary
Cocktail Server role (2nd Shift: 5pm-10pm), 25-30 hours per week with weekend requirements at The Current Hotel. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking and entering orders, making menu item recommendations, communicating food allergies to the kitchen, ensuring orders are accurate and served promptly, providing attentive service, handling payments, cash deposits, and maintaining tabs. Must verify customer ages, balance cash receipts, build rapport with regulars, and mix traditional and creative cocktails. Experience in bartending or catering/banquet service is a plus.
