Job Summary
Obtain an assigned section from the Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor, receive drink and food orders through up-selling, and relay orders to bartenders via microswipe cards. Serve guests, collect payments, and manage cash, waste, comp, and charge tickets for end-of-shift drop procedures. Maintain assigned sections, stock supplies, ensure cleanliness, and practice RBS certification daily. Observe guests to exceed expectations, assist in other departments as needed, and maintain Title 31 compliance. Starting pay is $13.00–$15.25 plus tips; candidates must be 21+, hold a Tribal Non-Gaming License, and communicate in the primary work language.
Required Qualifications
- Must be age 21 or older
- Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- Must be outgoing
- Must have a pleasant personality
- Must have a strong sense of guest service
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length
- Must have a good sense of balance
- Must be able to bend and kneel
- Must be able to lift trays of drinks frequently weighing up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of bar drinks and wines
