Job Summary
Cocktail Server pool bar position responsible for providing exceptional service across multiple bars/restaurants, taking and delivering drink and food orders via POS with attention to accuracy, upselling premium beverages, maintaining a clean cocktail area, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and collaborating with bartenders/servers to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires knowledge of local alcohol regulations, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service and communication skills, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. Must obtain NM Alcohol Server’s License prior to hire and pass background/drug screenings; must be 21+ and able to stand/walk for long periods; weekend/holiday availability; prior restaurant or POS experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Must obtain Food Handlers certification upon hire
- Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License prior to hire date
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Basic communication and math skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
