Job Summary
The Cocktail Server position includes responsibilities such as providing exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, accurately entering orders into the POS system, and ensuring the delivery of food and beverages. Required skills include strong communication, knowledge of food and beverage menus, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods. Qualifications include at least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced environment and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue, preferably a nightclub or lounge environment.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
