Job Summary
The Cocktail Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking and serving beverage and food orders, and providing outstanding service with professionalism. Requires effective communication with guests and staff, knowledge of menu items, and the ability to monitor alcohol consumption. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a nightclub or fast-paced venue are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Fluent in English, other languages preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and write effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Alcohol awareness certification
- Food service permit
- Valid health/food handler card
Additional Requirements
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
