Job Summary
The Cocktail Server position involves greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving cocktails, and ensuring guest satisfaction through energetic and professional service. Candidates must effectively communicate with guests and staff, possess knowledge of menu items, check identification for alcohol service, and monitor guest behavior related to alcohol consumption. Qualifications include at least 1 year of serving experience, fluency in English, and required certifications as mandated by local laws. The role may require handling items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
