Job Summary
Take drink orders, deliver beverages to gaming machines and table games, and collect payment while counting change back to customers. Request identification from patrons when legal age is questioned and stay current on special offers and drink prices. Provide information about upcoming entertainment and promotions, and pick up used bar glasses during section walks. Light and extinguish candles in lounge areas and report suspicious activity per Bank Secuity Act and internal policies. Maintain a courteous attitude and professional appearance throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Class B Gaming License
- Candidates for all positions must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Applicants must have a California I.D.
- Applicants must have a Social Security Card
- Applicants must have a Birth Certificate
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service
