Job Summary
Cocktail/Drink Server position within Feather Falls Casino's Food & Beverage team. Responsible for serving alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to patrons seated at gaming machines, table games, and casino lounges. Duties include taking drink orders, delivering drinks, collecting payments, verifying legal age, staying current on drink specials and pricing during Happy Hour, and informing customers about upcoming events and promotions. Must be knowledgeable about casino sections/zones, maintain courteous professional appearance, and report any suspicious activity per policy. Requires ability to handle cash, communicate effectively with customers and staff, and meet physical demands of the role. Education and experience requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience; valid Class B Gaming License and background check eligibility; 21+ for eligibility to work in California.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
