Cocktail Server - Part Time

Set tables with condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils, then protect patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Present menus, offer cocktails and aperitifs, suggest courses, and explain chef's specialties while noting dietary needs and special requests. Transmit orders to the bar and kitchen, keep staff informed on meal timing, and deliver food, accompaniments, and condiments from service bars. Maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses, and addressing spills or special needs. Total charges, issue bills, accept payment, and return change or credit card slips to guests. Requires 5 years high volume serving experience, ability to lift 30 pounds, and intermediate liquor knowledge.
