Job Summary
Deliver friendly, prompt beverage service throughout the casino while building genuine connections with guests. Keep your service area clean, stocked, and ready for action, and assist bartenders with stocking and other support tasks. Ensure guests are enjoying themselves responsibly, handle cash accurately and professionally, and work as part of an energetic team. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while being dependable and a true team player. Requires a high school diploma, at least two years of customer service or serving experience, age 21 or older, Washington State Food Handler Card, Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit, and ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License.
