Job Summary
The Cocktail Server at Marquee Skydeck is responsible for taking orders, providing exceptional beverage and food service, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Key responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, accurately entering orders into the POS system, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of assigned stations, and communicating effectively with team members and management. The role requires previous hospitality experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
- Must have good positive energy throughout the day
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Previous cocktail server or floor server experience preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
