Job Summary
Provide guests with an elevated cocktail and lounge experience through attentive, friendly, and efficient beverage service; deliver beverages/food promptly, promote upsells, and maintain knowledge of liquor brands, recipes, and glassware. Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff in a fast-paced hotel lounge/restaurant setting, adhere to TABC alcohol-service guidelines and safety procedures, verify IDs when required, and uphold cleanliness of service stations. Must have strong communication, guest-service mindset, and the ability to work in a team environment; required certifications include TABC and Food Handler.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- TABC Certification required
- Food Handler Certification required
- 1+ years of serving, lounge, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
