Job Summary
Provide cocktail service in a casino environment, delivering professional beverage service and promoting guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include taking and reciting drink orders for all call and premium brands, coordinating with the bartender, garnishing and delivering drinks, maintaining cleanliness of guest areas, and ensuring proper age verification. Requires knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine and beer, health-code compliance, and Alcohol Certification/TIPS training. Must be at least 21 years old and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends; casino environment experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Alcohol Certification or TIPS training
- Knowledge of casino environment
- Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends
