Cocktail Server-HVRW

Cocktail Server delivers beverage and light food service in a bar, lounge, library, and terrace setting, with a strong focus on upscale guest experience. Responsibilities include taking and inputting orders into POS, serving cocktails, wine, and beer, maintaining knowledge of cocktail menus and daily specials, verifying IDs, handling cash/credit transactions, ensuring timely service, maintaining clean service areas, and collaborating with bartenders and kitchen staff. The role requires effective communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, adherence to alcohol service guidelines, and participation in ongoing training and staff meetings to uphold service standards. Prior serving experience and a High School or equivalent education are preferred, along with relevant certificates (TABC and Food Handler’s).
