Take and accurately process guest beverage orders, serving alcoholic drinks including shots, beer, and mixed drinks while selling unopened beverages for off-premises consumption. Handle guest payments, process sales, and provide accurate change. Greet and engage guests warmly to create a welcoming environment, complying with all company policies and applicable alcohol service laws. Arrive for scheduled shifts on time in uniform, assisting with additional duties as assigned by leadership. This role contributes to guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and the establishment's reputation for exceptional service in lounges, banquet functions, and restaurant settings.
