Job Summary
Greet guests, take beverage orders, serve drinks, and fulfill guest requests while adhering to state and federal alcohol serving requirements. Stock service stations with ice, napkins, and straws, and follow established cash handling and bank operating procedures. Perform side work duties according to schedules and execute other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during staffing shortages or peak periods. Maintain guest satisfaction scores, follow sustainability guidelines for the EarthView program, and practice safe work habits with protective equipment. Requires a high school diploma, previous food and beverage experience, and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
