Job Summary
Provide beverage service to casino customers in a courteous, efficient manner with a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, knowledge of POS systems, maintaining a clean station, stocking supplies, checking IDs for legal drinking age, monitoring alcohol consumption, handling guest complaints promptly, and ensuring safety. Must be 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be available for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays, possess strong interpersonal skills, present a neat appearance, and be able to obtain required licensing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
- Must also possess a cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
