Job Summary
Cocktail Server responsibilities include providing exceptional service in the dining room, lounge, and bar; taking food and beverage orders; serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages; maintaining menu knowledge and daily specials; keeping tables and service areas clean and guest-ready; processing guest payments; and collaborating with bartenders, servers, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience. Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods and have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hospitality or serving is preferred; compensation is $10.00 per hour plus tips. Brand: Regent Hotels & Resorts (IHG).
Required Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
