Job Summary
Actively take orders, conduct full beverage and food service, and monitor the lounge/bar experience while anticipating and accommodating all guest needs. Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions for all items, accurately entering orders into the POS system and ensuring proper delivery. Maintain station cleanliness, report equipment damage immediately, and complete opening and closing procedures including setup, stocking, and end-of-shift financial tasks. Adhere to state alcohol regulations, sanitation standards, and cash procedures while communicating guest needs to support staff. Requires previous hospitality experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and availability for irregular evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
- Must be able to print legibly for Team Members, management, and guests to read
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
- Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Previous cocktail server or floor server experience preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
