Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Fine Dining Cocktail Server candidates who have a minimum of 3 years hospitality experience and a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Responsibilities include serving guests with Southern Hospitality, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the cocktail lounge, performing all job functions while adhering to performance standards, and operating the POS cash register. Candidates must connect with an affluent clientele, demonstrate integrity, and uphold company values while providing award-winning dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years previous hospitality experience
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant service
- Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours
- Ability to carry and lift small and large trays up to 20 lbs
- Must pass alcohol certification examination
- Must have a telephone number where they can be reached

- Basic computer usage skills
- Good communication skills
- Command of the English language
