Job Summary
Cocktail Server role in theater setting requiring engaging guest interactions, beverage service, and cash handling. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, processing payments, checking IDs, maintaining cleanliness, restocking bar inventory, and assisting with general duties as assigned. Must have knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and standard drink recipes; strong communication and math skills; ability to multitask in a busy environment. Qualifications include High school diploma or GED, 21+, Alcohol Beverage Awareness (TAM) card, Food Handler’s Safety Card, Sheriff’s Work Card or ability to obtain one, and at least 1 year of cocktail server experience. Proactive about health, safety, and customer service; capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs. The role emphasizes delivering a positive guest experience in a theater venue with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
