Job Summary
Greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants or gaming areas; circulate throughout assigned work station, greet guests, take beverage orders, and deliver beverages. Balance full trays, relay drink orders to bartenders, compute charges, and accept payment while maintaining an accurate bank. Provide complimentary beverages per policy. Must be at least 21 years old; six months of related experience preferred; must have excellent customer service; able to walk for the duration of shift; able to carry trays weighing up to 10 pounds; must obtain/maintain any required licenses/certifications.
