Job Summary
As a Cocktail Server at Mosaic Nightclub & Lounge, you will greet guests, take their beverage and food orders promptly, and serve drinks while providing excellent customer service. You should be energetic and outgoing, with strong communication skills to interact with both guests and staff. Key responsibilities include effectively accounting for sales, checking guest identification for age compliance, monitoring alcohol consumption, and completing side work. Knowledge of the menu and liquor brands is essential, alongside basic math skills for handling payments.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Must speak fluent English
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages
- Designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments
