Job Summary
Cocktail server responsible for providing exceptional guest service in multiple bars/restaurants, taking and delivering drink and food orders, monitoring guest intoxication per guidelines, and upselling beverages. Must maintain knowledge of in-house services, operate the POS, ensure proper sanitation and health guidelines, handle cash/credit transactions, and collaborate with bartenders, servers, hosts, and teammates to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires 21+ years old, ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, Weekend/Holiday availability, and completion of Food Handlers certification and NM Alcohol Server’s License prior to hire. Emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, communication, and adherence to local alcohol regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic communication and math skills
- Must obtain Food Handlers certification upon hire
- Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License prior to hire date
- Must successfully pass a background investigation
- Must be subject to pre-employment and random drug screening
- Available to work weekends and holidays
