Job Summary
Take guest orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, process payments, and provide accurate change. Serve and refill drinks, communicate menu offerings, and serve alcohol following MAST training guidelines. Operate and reconcile cash tills and POS systems while maintaining stocked, clean, and sanitary workstations. Attend mandatory department meetings and trainings, complete side work timely, and restock supplies as needed. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-paced lounge environment. Requires a Class B gaming license, Health Card, and MAST permit.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Six months to a year related work experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 12 Mixologist Permit
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to perform repetitive movement daily
- Ability to bend and crouch occasionally
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cocktail server
- Prior experience working in a lounge, bar or tavern environment
