Job Summary
The Cocktail Runner position involves maintaining high service standards, anticipating and accommodating guest needs, and ensuring timely delivery of beverages. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of food and beverage menus, and the ability to carry and serve items efficiently. The role requires knowledge of alcohol service regulations and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- Must be courteous, pleasant, and good natured
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
- Fluent in English, other languages preferred

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
