Job Summary
The Cocktail Runner position involves maintaining professional appearance standards, anticipating guest needs, and providing exceptional beverage service using proper service protocol. Responsibilities include carrying trays, delivering beverages, ensuring cleanliness of the venue, and complying with state regulations regarding alcohol service. Candidates must have 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, knowledge of drink preparation, and must hold required certifications. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- Fluent in English
- Courteous, pleasant, and good natured
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
- Ability to speak additional languages

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
