Job Summary
The Cocktail Runner is responsible for maintaining professional appearance standards, anticipating guest needs, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include serving beverages using proper service protocol, maintaining cleanliness of assigned stations, and complying with health and sanitation standards. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage menus. Communication skills and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
- Fluent in English, other languages preferred.

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
