Job Summary
The Cocktail Runner is responsible for maintaining professional appearance standards, anticipating guest needs, and providing exceptional service by delivering beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the venue, and setting up the cocktail lounge area. Key skills include knowledge of food and beverage menus, the ability to carry trays, and effective communication with team members and guests. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, meet legal age requirements, and possess necessary certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
- Other languages preferred.

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
