The Cocktail Runner plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining professional appearance standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of assigned stations. Responsibilities include carrying trays, describing drinks comprehensively, serving beverages in accordance with regulations, communicating with team members, and participating in training sessions. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of serving experience in a fast-paced environment, meet legal age requirements, and possess relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments
- Fluent in English, other languages preferred

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
