Job Summary
The Cocktail Runner position is responsible for maintaining professional appearance standards and ensuring exceptional guest service by anticipating their needs. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in fast-paced food and beverage service, possess knowledge of various alcohol beverages, and comply with all state regulations regarding alcohol service. Key responsibilities include delivering beverages, maintaining cleanliness, communicating with team members, and participating in meetings and training. Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.
Additional Requirements
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
