Job Summary
Provide the highest level of quality and service to guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Serve beverages to guests at tables in the restaurant as they are ordered by the servers; assist in clearing glassware and guest requests. Responsible for serving beverages from the bar with appropriate garnishes, knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits offerings. Assist servers with guest requests, convey new orders to servers, and remove dishes/glasses to bar or kitchen for cleaning. Stock service areas with supplies and garnishes, check IDs to ensure minimum drinking age, monitor guests to ensure policy compliance, and assist with transporting ice and heavy beverage trays. Must be dependable, report to work on time, and follow attendance policies. Proficiency with POS is a plus. Must be at least 21 and pass training tests with 85% or higher.
