Conduct daily Asian cuisine preparation while adhering to hotel quality, environmental, and safety standards. Perform APPCC supervision, tracking, and control of cooking functions to ensure compliance. Maintain Spanish language proficiency and apply six months of experience in Asian food preparation. Collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement efforts within the resort's exclusive adults-only environment.
