Job Summary
Prepare ingredients and cook according to recipes and quality standards, including portioning, washing/peeling produce, weighing/measuring, and operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test and monitor food temperature/quality, set up and break down workstation, serve portions, maintain sanitation and safety, and follow policies. Maintain professional communication, support team goals, adhere to quality expectations, stand for extended periods, and perform other duties as assigned. Education: high school diploma or GED; Experience: at least 1 year; no supervisory requirement.
