Job Summary
Prepare, season, and present dishes using appropriate techniques while collaborating on ordering and conserving raw materials. Cook and present culinary products, reviewing kitchen equipment and reporting any issues. Manage the conservation and utilization of provided products. Work rotating shifts across Monday through Sunday according to the provided schedule, with statutory breaks. This role is part of the Hostelería de Madrid collective bargaining agreement.

- Turnos rotativos en jornadas partidas y guardias
- Jornada de lunes a domingo según cuadrante facilitado por la empresa, con sus respectivos descansos establecidos por ley
- Convenio de Hostelería de Madrid
