Cobalt TN Team Lead

Team Lead for the Assembly department responsible for day-to-day planning, operation, and problem-solving to ensure production, quality, and safety requirements are met per production schedules. Lead by example, communicate daily about safety, quality, and efficiency, coordinate manpower based on absenteeism and production needs, and train/develop team members. Drive continuous improvement, foster open communication and teamwork across departments, and ensure team members have the necessary training, tools, and materials. Read and execute build instructions from work orders and adapt to production demands; perform duties to support R&D and other tasks as needed. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
