Lead and develop the Assembly department team to meet production schedules with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating manpower based on absenteeism and production needs, communicating safety and quality information daily, training and developing team members, driving problem solving and continuous improvement, ensuring team members have required tools and materials, and making sound decisions using data to support departmental goals.
