Coatings Roofing Laborer

Job Summary
Assist roofers and foremen with preparing job sites and covering roofs with metal, shingles, single-ply systems, slate, asphalt, aluminum, wood, and related materials. Operate hand and power tools, clean debris, install vapor barriers and insulation, cover exposed nail heads, and repair cracks or defects. Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, or coatings while using brushes, knives, punches, hammers, and other equipment. This role requires about 60% travel, including weekends, with accommodations and per diem provided. General construction experience is required, and commercial roofing experience is a plus. Candidates must be self-motivated, possess attention to detail, and follow strict safety procedures in hot or cold conditions.
