Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- 1-3 years of experience in optical coating or thin-film technology in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with vacuum or precision manufacturing equipment.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in optics, materials science or a related field
