Job Summary
Coating & Painting Incharge responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all coating, painting, and surface preparation activities to ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications. Manages manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and compliance with quality standards; coordinates with production, quality, and maintenance teams; leads painters, blasters, and coating technicians; ensures coating thickness, adhesion, surface finish, and appearance meet project requirements; maintains safety and environmental compliance; oversees documentation and reporting in line with ISO and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in industrial coating, painting, fabrication, steel structures, oil & gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering industries
- Knowledge of painting standards, coating systems, and surface preparation techniques
- Familiarity with airless spray painting, blasting operations, and coating inspection procedures
