Job Summary
Coating Furnace Operator responsible for loading/unloading furnace loads, cleaning and maintaining furnace equipment, breaking down coating loads for next operations, microscope inspection of tools for quality defects, and completing documentation in a precision-driven production environment. Requires reading and understanding technical prints and GD&T, operating SAP terminals for job order data, monitoring coating processes via computerized/manual systems, performing routine and unscheduled maintenance, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards. Works on 2nd shift in a fully air-conditioned manufacturing setting with a focus on accuracy, safety, and clean, orderly work areas.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications
- Experience or familiarity with manufacturing processes and tooling
- Ability to perform documentation and data entry
- Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Willingness to perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and PM
- Ability to visually inspect materials for defects using microscopes
- Capacity to monitor and troubleshoot coating processes via computerized and manual systems
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and strong work ethic
